Services

Juniper Rose Bookkeeping provides professional bookkeeping and financial record-keeping services to businesses and individuals. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Monthly bookkeeping and account reconciliation
• Accounts payable and receivable management
• Financial reporting and analysis
• Payroll support and tracking
• Tax preparation support
• QuickBooks setup, training, and support

The specific services provided to you will be outlined in our service agreement or engagement letter.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide timely, accurate, and complete financial information and documentation
• Maintain organized records and receipts for all business transactions
• Respond promptly to requests for information or clarification
• Review financial reports and statements for accuracy
• Inform us of any changes to your business structure, banking, or operations
• Pay for services according to the agreed-upon terms

Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all fees for services as outlined in your service agreement. Payment terms, including billing frequency and accepted payment methods, will be specified in your engagement letter. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur additional fees.

Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of your financial information. We maintain strict confidentiality and will not disclose your information to third parties except:

• With your explicit consent
• As required by law or legal process
• To third-party service providers who assist us in providing services to you (subject to confidentiality agreements)
• To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others

Limitation of Liability

Juniper Rose Bookkeeping provides bookkeeping services and is not a certified public accounting firm. We do not provide tax advice, legal advice, or audit services. While we strive for accuracy in all our work, we are not liable for:

• Errors or omissions resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you
• Tax penalties or interest resulting from late filing or payment
• Business decisions made based on financial reports we prepare
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific services that gave rise to the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate our service agreement with written notice. The notice period will be as specified in your engagement letter, typically 30 days. Upon termination:

• You will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date
• We will provide you with copies of your financial records and files
• We may retain copies of your records in accordance with our record retention policies and legal requirements

SMS Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Juniper Rose Bookkeeping, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, for customer care, informational, account-related, and promotional or marketing purposes. Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at danielle@juniper-rose-bookkeeping.com. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchase. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue SMS messaging at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Juniper Rose Bookkeeping and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Deschutes County, Oregon.
